Leclerc: I hope we'll perform better in Abu Dhabi.

The weekend in Qatar went badly for Ferrari; the team is now guaranteed to finish only fourth in the Constructors' Championship, although not long ago it was second — catching the rivals is already impossible...

Charles Leclerc (8th): "Over the race distance I tried a lot of things, but there wasn't a single lap where the car was quick. It's very frustrating.

Now I'm looking forward to the next race, which will be the last for this car. I really want to finish the season with a good result, not go on holiday feeling depressed.

I hope that next week in Abu Dhabi we'll finish the season on a more positive note, and then I'll be looking forward to next year's car and try to forget about this season — it was very tough."

Lewis Hamilton (12th): "The first lap went well, I gained several places, but then I was very unlucky with the safety car.

This was the toughest year, both in and out of the car. I have a lot of notes on what needs to be improved, and now it's time to decide whether we'll act on them, keeping what works and changing what doesn't, and there is a lot of that. But there's no reason we can't fix it; we just need to get to work. I hope we'll make progress."
