Liam Lawson (7th): “I’m very pleased! The end of the race was tough because we chose a one‑stop strategy. The tires were in good shape, but you had to be careful. If you overdo the attack in one corner, you’ll pay for it in the next — tire management was the key point. I was also trying to save energy to ensure the power I needed on the straights.
The strategy worked, thanks to the team — we worked hard to get both cars into the points.”
Isaac Hadjar (8th): “The race wasn’t easy, but there were positive moments. In the first stint I got stuck in traffic and tried to minimize the damage; in the middle of the race I started to enjoy the battle, and in the last laps I closed up on Liam.
I attacked too hard and made a mistake trying to pass him, but we finished seventh and eighth, a good result for the team.
We’ll analyze everything to understand what could have been done better before, in two weeks in Las Vegas, we begin the final three-race stretch of the season.”
