The name of Christian Horner was mentioned as a possible team principal of the Cadillac team, which will debut in Formula 1 next season. However, at the driver line-up presentation held the day before, Dan Taoriss, head of TWG Motorsport, which is leading GM's Formula 1 project, denied rumors of talks with Horner.
Dan Taoriss: "We have had no talks with Christian Horner and have no plans to collaborate with him. I want to officially put an end to these rumors.
We fully support [team principal] Graham Loudon and believe in him."
