      Following this success, Apple decided to re-release the film – screenings of F1 The Movie in IMAX format resumed on August 8 and continued throughout the summer.

      "Audiences around the world have embraced F1 The Movie as an exciting and dynamic large-screen experience, so its re-release in IMAX format demonstrates the film's global popularity," said Matt Dentler, head of Apple Original Films. "Joe, Jerry, Brad, Lewis, and the entire team created a summer blockbuster that combines drama and dynamism. We look forward to giving moviegoers another chance to see it in IMAX."

      After its theatrical run, the film will be available for streaming on Apple TV+.
